He has extensive experience in corporate labor law and the strategic management of labor relations.

He advises companies and boards on decisions involving labor disputes, negotiation and litigation, combining legal analysis with the operational realities of business.

He served as General Manager of LATU for more than 20 years, bringing a practical, strategic perspective to people and organizational management.

He has actively participated in executive education and senior leadership programs at IEEM – the Business School of Universidad de Montevideo, focused on decision-making in complex environments, including the Senior Executive Program (SEP) and the Advanced Management Program (PAD).

He holds a Doctor of Law and Social Sciences degree from Universidad de la República and a Master's in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
