A specialist in commercial law, corporate law and corporate restructuring, she advises domestic and international companies on legal and business matters, including corporate organization and structuring, corporate governance, strategic decision-making and shareholder disputes; mergers and acquisitions; financing and access to capital markets; commercial and civil contracts; wealth planning; and risk prevention.

She also represents and advises clients in litigation and arbitration within her areas of expertise, coordinating litigation strategies with commercial solutions.

She has extensive experience in insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring and is included on the Judiciary's list of court-appointed insolvency trustees and administrators.

She holds a Master's in Business Law from Universidad de Montevideo and a doctorate from the Faculty of Law at Universidad de Granada (Spain). She is the author of specialized books and publications and teaches Commercial Law and Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de la República.
